1. Mechanical properties

As the temperature increases, the yield strength (Rp0.2) and tensile strength (Rm) of the material show a downward trend, for example:

At 100℃: Rp0.2=205MPa, Rm=500MPa

At 300℃: Rp0.2=145MPa, Rm=440MPa

Physical properties include density 8.0g/mm³, elastic modulus 195GPa, and linear expansion coefficient 15.8×10⁻⁶/℃.

2. Surface and processing characteristics

The surface quality is flat and the adhesion is excellent. It supports coating and paint processing. Customized services such as shearing, striping, and stamping can be provided.

1. Main application scenarios

Widely used in the automotive industry (bumpers, anti-collision beams, seat brackets, etc.), and also suitable for mechanical equipment and electrical structural parts, which can improve safety and reduce overall weight.

2. Common specifications

The thickness of cold-rolled plates covers 0.8~3.0mm, the thickness of medium plates is 5~60mm, and the typical sizes are 1.0×1250×2500mm, 2.0×1250×2500mm, etc., and the length and width can be customized according to needs
