Corrosion resistance

Overall corrosion resistance: It has strong corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments, and has better overall corrosion resistance than existing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys such as Hastelloy C276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy.

Resistance to specific media corrosion: It has an exceptional resistance to strong oxidizing substances in various chemical environments, such as ferric chloride, cupric chloride, chlorine, thermal pollution solutions (organic and inorganic), formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater and salt solutions, and can also adapt to chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and tungsten further improves its corrosion resistance.

Mechanical properties: It has high strength, and the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature have minimum requirements (tensile strength RmN/mm², etc.); it also shows good wear resistance, etc.

Physical properties: density is 8.69 g/cm³, elastic modulus is 209 GPa, melting range is 1357 - 1399 ° C, thermal conductivity is 11.1 W/mK at 100 ° C, specific heat capacity is 414 J/Kg - K, resistivity is 1.215 μΩm, magnetic permeability of 200 Oersted (15.9 kA/m) is ≤1.001, and its ductility, durability and other physical properties make it the preferred choice for manufacturing.

Welding performance
