Physical properties

Oxidation resistance: It has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. Thanks to the synergistic effect of chromium and aluminum, aluminum forms a dense aluminum oxide film on the surface to prevent further oxidation and corrosion of the alloy matrix, and can work for a long time at temperatures up to 1100°C without performance degradation.

Corrosion resistance: It can effectively resist a variety of corrosive environments, including sulfidation, chloride corrosion and acidic medium corrosion. The higher chromium and aluminum content in the alloy makes its corrosion resistance in sulfidation and chlorination environments particularly outstanding.

Mechanical properties

Strength and toughness: It not only has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, but also has good mechanical properties, and can maintain high strength and toughness. Its tensile strength and ductility are still excellent at 2000°F (about 1100°C).
