1. Corrosion resistance
(1) Multi-atmosphere adaptability: C-276 Hastelloy alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. For example, C-276 Hastelloy alloy is one of the only materials that is resistant to moisture, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution corrosion. C-276 Hastelloy alloy also has significant corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride salt solutions such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride.
(2) Resistance to specific acid corrosion: C-276 Hastelloy alloy is suitable for sulfuric acid solutions of various concentrations and is one of the few materials that can be used in hot concentrated sulfuric acid solutions.
2. Other properties
(1) Good mechanical properties: C-276 Hastelloy alloy has a tensile strength of σb ≥ 730Mpa and an elongation of δ ≥ 40%.
(2) Good welding performance: C-276 Hastelloy alloy is easy to weld and can be used to manufacture various complex components.

Applications
1. Chemical Processing
