Material properties and applicability
1. Low iron loss and high magnetic permeability
The material optimizes the grain structure through deformation and recrystallization annealing. The hysteresis loss (Ph) and eddy current loss (Pe) are significantly lower than those of ordinary steel, which is particularly suitable for switch scenarios that require frequent magnetization/demagnetization.
Typical grades (such as 50W600, 35W400) have a silicon content of 2.9%-3.4% and an extremely low carbon content (≤0.08%), ensuring high resistivity to reduce eddy current losses.
2. Magnetic property uniformity
The grain structure of non-oriented silicon steel is isotropic, and the magnetic properties are consistent in different directions, which is suitable for manufacturing switch components with complex shapes.
3. Thickness and processing flexibility
Common thickness is 0.05-1mm (especially 0.35mm, 0.5mm), and switch parts can be customized through punching, cutting and other processes
