1. Composition characteristics:

The silicon content is usually between 2.9% and 3.5%. The addition of silicon significantly increases the resistivity of steel, thereby reducing eddy current loss. In addition, the content of impurities such as carbon and sulfur is extremely low to ensure stable magnetic properties.

2. Orientation:

"Orientation" refers to the arrangement of grains along a specific direction (such as the <001> crystal direction) through cold rolling and annealing processes to form a Goss texture, thereby having excellent magnetic permeability in the rolling direction.
