Main grades and performance indicators

Secondary cold-rolled tin-plated steel coil covers DR7M~DR10 grades, and the implementation standards include Q/BQB450-2009, JIS G3303:2008, etc. The tempering hardness range corresponds to Rockwell hardness (HR30T) 54-68, which is suitable for large can bodies, high-pressure containers and other scenes34. Its thickness tolerance is controlled within 8.5%, and the width tolerance is 0~1.5mm. The hardness uniformity is ensured by continuous annealing (CAPL) process.


Specification range and surface treatment

Thickness: 0.18~0.55mm (T-3 to T-5 grades), special specifications can be supplied by agreement.

Width: 700~1200mm, length 500~1168mm, inner diameter of the coil can be customized according to customer needs.

Surface state: divided into three categories: bright (B), rough (R), and silver (S), with a roughness range of 0.13~0.59μm, meeting the requirements of different canning processes for formability
