Main classification method

Based on the surface state: divided into glossy surface (treated by tin dissolution) and matte surface (untreated), the original plate surface patterns include smooth, directional grinding stone pattern, rough matte and other types.

According to the degree of tempering: It is divided into several grades according to the Rockwell hardness (HR30T), such as T2 (46-52, for deep drawing cans), T3 (54-60, for general empty can bodies), etc.

According to the tinning amount: divided into equal thickness tinning (such as E1.1/1.1, nominal tinning amount 1.1g/m²) and differential thickness tinning (such as D5.6/2.8, double-sided tinning amount is 5.6g/m² and 2.8g/m² respectively)
